Why are there no prices displayed?
Wholesale pricing is not published publicly to protect the integrity of the standard sell price for both ourselves and our stockists. Wholesale prices are displayed against all items when signed into the website with an approved wholesale account.

How quickly will I receive a wholesale order?
Generally speaking, we try to ensure all orders can be fulfilled next business day. If for any reason we're not able to achieve this, we would be in touch. If you have a special target date you'd like to work to, please contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. Cash is also accepted for pre-arranged pick-ups.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not like to restrict your business' needs by enforcing an MOQ for product colour or size options but do ask that initial orders for new wholesale customers is a minimum of $300. Subsequent orders should be a minimum of $200.

How much is postage?
Wholesale orders are NOT entitled to our Flat Rate shipping option which is offered to retail customers. Shipping is calculated per order and payable by quote from Australia Post separate to your order. Of course, orders can be picked up from our premises by appointment only.

How are the items packaged?
To keep costs low and wastage to a minimum, all our collars, leads and harnesses are individually packaged in poly-wrappers. Items are not carded unless prior arrangements have been made with HOH. We find most customers want to put the item on their beloved dog straight away!
